It’s Friday afternoon and the M5 is a car par. What if I am stuck in traffic and I’m going to arrive back late to the storage site? What do I do?
I’m going to arrive back late to the storage site. What do I do? Late openings Friday and Sunday
We understand that sometimes the traffic is awful and your travel plans don’t always go as planned. As a way to help combat this, and to also facilitate getting to us after work on a Friday we offer late opening on a Friday and Sunday. Typically, we are able to attend to open the outer secure gates which are padlocked after closing time, and keep them open for you from 5pm to 7pm on a Friday and Sunday.
To request a late access just give us a call the day before and book it. We will then ensure that someone from our team is there to greet you with a big smile. It is our policy to stay onsite whilst the gates are unlocked after hours so we do ask for an estimated time of arrival so we are not waiting around. If your plans change please let us know to avoid us an unnecessary trip.
If you are arriving back later than our advertised closing time on another day please just call us. Our attitude is always ‘where there is a will, there is a way.’ We will do our utmost to accommodate your late return but we are unable to guarantee our ability to attend.
Arriving back late to storage
Our site is not manned 24/7 but we live locally and have an office down the road in Hewish at Motorhome Holiday Company which is open until 5.30pm. Our team are often passing by after we close and can respond to late afternoon arrivals. If you anticipate arriving later than this we would need to make special arrangements and would need to charge a call out fee. Please plan to be back with us in good time and if things are going wrong for you, give us a call. We will always do our best to help.
